Patent Opposition

Please share any document that has been submitted to a patent office to contest a patent application.

Depending on your country’s terminology, it might be called a patent opposition, patent evidence, patent review or patent information. It may also have been submitted while the patent application was still in process, or after it had been granted. All are useful.

You can use this to attach documents that might be useful to others such as a copy of your opposition. Files can be PDFs or common Office formats such as Word, Excel or Powerpoint. If you have multiple files to upload, please zip them up into a single file.
